We've been spotted!
Mentions of our project and its participants began to appear in leading publications!
The Kommersant Publishing House in the Science section published an article «Who Killed the Sea Cow,» dedicated to the Steller’s sea cow. The article examines in detail existing theories of species extinction, in particular mentioning a discussion on this topic on the pages of Nature Communications, in which members of our team participate.
It should be added that just yesterday our project was mentioned for the first time on the pages of another scientific publication, BMC Genomics journal.
It’s a terrible thing, why do we like it when we are praised? This will not add money. Glory? What kind of glory can we have? «He became famous: now three people knew about him.» Well, let’s say four, if you count Beilis. Human is a funny creature!.. It seems that we love praise as such. Just like kids love ice cream.
