The Arctic Sirenia Research Foundation will not only accumulate scientific knowledge and practical results obtained in the course of the project works, but will also allow any interested parties to participate in their financing.
Our team members are employees of various state scientific institutions and commercial organizations. Participation in the project is based on enthusiasm and the principles of goodwill.
When the first results appeared, the question arose about who would own the scientific knowledge obtained and where it would be accumulated.
In addition, there was a need for a mechanism that would allow third parties to participate in financing the work carried out by the project team.
